Job Overview:
We are looking for a dedicated recruiter to join our Operations team to manage the full cycle recruiting efforts for employees and contract positions, utilizing our Applicant Tracking System. Our ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills, be organized and detail-oriented, and remain up-to-date with employment legislature. Candidates interested in this position should be able to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Manage full cycle recruiting efforts for full time employees and contract positions, utilizing Applicant Tracking System, to include:
  • Develop, review and standardize job postings, post jobs to portal, job boards and social networks, review resumes, screen applicants, coordinate interviews, manage email communication, present and negotiate offers, handoff employee to Human Resources for onboarding.
  • Ensure corporate branding on recruitment websites and job postings
  • Develop strategy for seeking and implementing new methods of recruiting to fill jobs
  • Provide active support in the selection of recruitment staffing firms and agencies as needed which meet the company standard; manage 3rd party recruiting staffing firms once selected
  • Continue use of processes and further develop and refine effective processes, methods and tools to successfully recruit applicants for positions including participating in job fairs and networking events as appropriate
  • Maintain and file all employee and contractor resumes in Meridian specified format in support of business development activities
  • Prepare and deliver regular recruiting status reports to management.
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Minimum of five (5) years of recruiting experience
  • Minimum of two (2) years experience working with a small organization (preferably under 50 employees)
  • Expert level written and verbal communication skills in English
  • High level of professionalism and confidentiality
  • Proven ability to be flexible, proactive, resourceful, and efficient
  • Proven interaction with staff (at all levels) in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience using an Applicant Tracking System
  • Experience with the Information Technology industry
