Job Overview:
The SLCM Super User plays a critical role in the support structure of the SAP SLcM solution at the client. The role requires in-depth knowledge of the client’s solution and business processes for higher education from admission through graduation and certification. This functional role is key to the support structure and requires knowledge that includes the SAP SLcM module, SAP-HCM module and integration with third party software.  The role is as a super user of the solution and does not require configuration experience.  This role is the go-to person for end-users who are learning new skills and implementing them during a time of transition.

Responsibilities:
  • Provides support for end-users to ensure a successful implementation of changes, fixes, or new scope
  • Serves as a classroom resource during end-user training, provides dedicated support, and communicates with the client’s leadership and teams to include department leaders, IT, training, and optimization teams
  • Exhibits competence in all Client applications and systems through continuous learning
  • Provides at-the-elbow support for all Client users within the system framework
  • Mentors all personnel in their assigned areas in using the new system
  • Supports peers in the use of the system, collaborates with the training team, assists in the delivery and reinforcement of refresher training
  • Assists in distributing information in collaboration with internal Communication resources on changes and enhancements and serve as a resource to new hires following their formal training
Requirements:
  • 1 full lifecycle implementation or 3+ years’ experience in SAP SLcM and SAP HCM
  • Must have experience as an end user or super user in SAP SLcM and SAP HCM
  • Must understand higher education admission thru graduation processes
  • Must have strong technical skills and understanding of workflows
  • Prior military/DoD experience a plus
