Job Overview:
The OCM / Communications Manager role is a trusted advisor to the Client Leadership team.  A key focus of this role is the ability to discuss goals and initiatives while balancing a solid understanding of issues and concerns. This role will focus on the people side of change, including changes to business processes, systems and technology, job roles, and organizational structures.  This role requires exceptional communication skills to provide information and feedback to all levels of the Client organization.

  • Utilizes a structured methodology to lead change management activities; applies process and tools to create a strategy to support adoption of the changes
  • Supports organizational design and definition of roles and responsibilities
  • Works to drive faster adoption, higher ultimate utilization of - and proficiency with - the changes that impact all employees
  • Engages with Senior Leadership to provide necessary support
  • Designs, develops, delivers, and manages communications to users and leadership through mechanisms such as newsletters, websites, surveys, etc. regarding new initiatives, major system updates, enhancements, and other noteworthy events
  • Assists the team as needed with internal change management, including communication on upcoming changes and enhancements
  • 5+ years of experience in creating and implementing change management, communications strategies, and plans that maximize employee adoption and usage and minimize resistance
  • Must have completed at least 1 SAP implementation project life cycle
  • Must be a team player, able to guide and influence to achieve end goals 
  • Must have superior oral and written communication skills, including experience using presentation tools (i.e., PowerPoint, Recordings/Playbacks, SAP Demo Systems, Teams)
