Job Overview:
We are a fast-growing ERP practice with both SAP and WD clients and an exciting opportunity for an ERP Human Capital Management (HCM) Practice Lead. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and are looking to make an impact, this position is perfect. We are looking for someone who has a strong background in ERP implementations, consulting, and can oversea project teams.  The successful candidate for this position must possess public sector knowledge, an understanding of public sector HR/Payroll and finance concepts, integration points with major financial systems, and experience optimizing and automating business processes. The ability to effectively interact with client C-Suite executives and oversee the Project Management staff to keep projects delivered on schedule and with the highest level of quality and customer satisfaction. We expect this position to initially be remote, with potential for future travel within the US.


  • Work collaboratively with existing leads of the established ERP practices
  • Support business development/sales efforts, craft and develop solution approaches and proposals, and successfully engage with clients
  • Network and develop relationships with new clients and partners
  • Lead the delivery and management of client projects, contributing to solutions as needed to establish strong trust-based relationships and drive collective client and team success
  • Diagnose complex technical and business problems and work to uncover unknown and unmet client needs
  • Mentor and serve as a role model to junior colleagues by providing career development goals, meeting regularly, writing, and delivering quarterly reviews, advocating for their career advancement, and serving as an example of career roles and levels they can aspire to
  • Actively represent our culture by leading and participating in efforts around continuous learning, personal and professional development, and team building
  • Previous experience leading and growing an HCM/Payroll ERP/Business Systems practice
  • At least 10 years managing HCM/Payroll ERP implementations across multiple industries including the implementation of Public Sector ERP financial solutions
  • Experience in requirements definition & gathering (blueprinting), system setup, integration testing, documentation, end-user training, and on-going support
  • Experience with waterfall and agile ERP implementation methodologies
  • Degree in information systems, business, or accounting
  • Able and willing to travel up to 50% of the time
  • Ability to become certified in Workday Financial Project Management
  • Experience with the implementation of Workday and/or SAP
  • SAP or WD or PMP Certifications
  • Experience with the implementation of other ERP software solutions (Oracle, JDE, PeopleSoft)
