Job Overview:
The Marketing Coordinator will support the marketing team in executing marketing campaigns, developing strategies, and managing projects to enhance our brand presence and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will be an organized multitasker with excellent communication skills and a strong understanding of marketing principles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Social Media Management:
    • Develop and implement social media strategies for Meridian Partners.
    • Create engaging content and manage social media accounts (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook).
    • Monitor social media analytics and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Webinar Coordination:
    • Coordinate all aspects of quarterly webinars, including topic selection, speaker engagement, and logistics.
    • Promote webinars through various marketing channels.
    • Manage webinar registration and follow-up.
  • Marketing Campaign Execution:
    • Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns.
    • Create marketing materials, including email campaigns, brochures, and presentations.
    • Track campaign performance and analyze results.
  • Partner Relations:
    • Collaborate with software partners on joint marketing initiatives.
    • Build and maintain relationships with counterparts at software partners.
    • Stay up to date on partner product offerings and industry trends.
  • General Marketing Support:
    • Provide general marketing support as needed, including data analysis, market research, and event planning.
    • Attend User and Sales conferences for software partners.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in marketing or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing, social media, and content marketing.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in professional services is a plus.
  • Experience with Salesforce marketing automation tools is a plus.
